Probe Request ("we", "us"), operated by Phifco Holdings LLC, explains here what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, display name, and password (stored only as a salted hash) when you register for the report service.
- Uploaded survey files — when you purchase report credits, you upload Wi-Fi survey files (e.g., Ekahau
.esx). These are processed by our engine to generate your report, then deleted on schedule — currently 30 days after your report is delivered. - Payment data — payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. We never see or store your card number; Paddle provides us your email and transaction status.
- Marketing email — if you enter your email in a capture form or request the free mini-exam, we process it through MailerLite (double opt-in) to send you the content you asked for and occasional product updates. Unsubscribe any time.
- Usage logs — standard server logs (IP, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your survey files with anyone. Customer network data is used only to produce your report.
Cookies & local storage
The site stores a light/dark theme preference in your browser. No ad trackers, no analytics profiles.
Processors
MailerLite (email lists), Paddle (payments, merchant of record), and our hosting provider (files and database). All process data only to deliver the service.

Email contact@proberequest.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or to ask anything about this policy. This policy describes our US-focused practices; if you are in the EEA or UK, contact us and we will handle your request under equivalent principles.
