By accessing proberequest.com, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Probe Request provides (a) free and paid practice material for wireless certification exams, and (b) a paid service that converts Wi-Fi survey files you upload into assessment reports using automated analysis. Free features include the mini-exam; paid features consume credits purchased through our checkout.

2. Accounts

• Accounts use email magic-link authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload files you have no right to process.
• Don't attempt to extract or redistribute the engine's outputs beyond your own report.
• Don't probe, scrape, or overload our systems.

4. Your content

Survey files you upload remain yours. You grant us only the limited right to process them to produce your report. We delete them per the retention described in the Privacy Policy. Customer network data is used only to produce your report and is never published.

5. Our content

The practice questions, explanations, engine, and reports are our intellectual property. You may use generated reports for your own professional purposes, including client deliverables; you may not resell or redistribute the material itself.

6. Disclaimers

• Reports are engineering analyses, generated deterministically from your survey data; they are not a certification of network performance.
• Practice material is prepared independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CWNP, Cisco, or the Wi-Fi Alliance.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Payment disputes

Purchases are processed on our behalf by Paddle, acting as merchant of record — see the Refund Policy. Chargebacks follow Paddle's dispute process; please contact us first, we fix problems directly.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

10. Changes

We post updated terms here with a new effective date; material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
